This policy covers information handled when you visit hidanz.dev, send a project inquiry, or book an intro call.

Project inquiries. The project brief asks for your name, email, company or project name, services, timeline, budget range, and message.

Intro call bookings. The booking flow handles your name, email, selected date and time, device time zone, and optional notes.

Spam checks. Both forms use a hidden spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives a challenge token and can process network and device signals.

Technical data. Hosting systems use IP addresses to rate-limit contact requests. Routine logs can include an IP address, browser details, requested pages, response status, and timestamps.

Hidanz shares information only as needed to run these website features:

• Resend and Telegram deliver project inquiries to Hidanz. They receive the project brief fields.
• Cal.com provides availability and bookings. It receives your name, email, time zone, selected time, and optional notes.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated form submissions.
• Hosting and network providers deliver the site and help secure requests.

These providers process information under their own policies and can process it in other countries. Hidanz can also share information when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users.

Hidanz uses a self-hosted Umami service for privacy-focused site analytics. It measures page visits and the listed project, service, contact, booking, GitHub, and LinkedIn actions. Umami can process standard UTM campaign parameters for attribution. The analytics script excludes URL hash values. Custom events use stable labels and do not include form entries, contact details, booking details, or full destination URLs.

Umami does not use cookies or store visitor identifiers in browser storage. It only reads an analytics opt-out flag from local storage. The site does not use session storage for analytics or advertising.

Cloudflare controls any browser storage and technical signals that Turnstile uses under its own policy.

The website does not create an application database record for inquiries or bookings.

Inquiry copies can remain in the Hidanz inbox and private Telegram chat. Booking details can remain in Cal.com.

Hidanz keeps this information only as long as needed to respond, manage business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

The period depends on the relationship and why the information is needed. Service providers use their own retention practices.

Hidanz uses reasonable safeguards, including form validation, same-origin checks, bot protection, rate limits, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee complete security.

You can contact Hidanz by email instead of using a website form. You can also omit the optional company name and booking notes.

You can ask Hidanz to show, correct, or delete information held about you. Hidanz can keep information needed for legal obligations or necessary business records.
