A project brief, email, or booked call starts a discussion only. It does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Client work starts under a separate signed agreement. That agreement controls the client project and takes priority over these website terms.

The signed agreement covers scope, fees, payment, ownership, delivery, review, support, and other project terms.

Do not send passwords, private keys, trade secrets, or other sensitive information before suitable protections are in place.

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Submit malicious code, spam, false bookings, or misleading inquiries.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site, server, or connected services.
• Interfere with the site or bypass security and rate limits.

Hidanz owns or licenses the site design, code, writing, brand assets, and portfolio presentation.

You can view this content for personal or internal business use. You cannot copy, sell, publish, or adapt substantial parts without permission or a lawful exception.

Client names, product names, trademarks, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

The site links to and uses third-party services. Hidanz does not control their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

Hidanz can change, suspend, or remove site features. To the extent allowed by law, Hidanz does not promise that the site will always be accurate, secure, available, or error-free.

To the extent allowed by law, Hidanz is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from use of the public site or a third-party service.

These terms do not limit liability that law does not allow Hidanz to limit. A signed client agreement controls liability for client work.

Hidanz can update these terms when the site changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Changes to these website terms do not change a signed client agreement.
